Five people signed the Bylaws in January 2026.
Community Rise Foundation was established as a Utah nonprofit corporation. The Bylaws were adopted on 11 January 2026 and signed by five founding Board members.
The reasoning is set out in the Preamble: self-sufficiency, skill development and community wellness build long-term resilience, and that happens through education, health awareness, leadership development and cultural connection.
Year one has three jobs. Finish the legal formation, launch the classes, build the volunteer network that keeps them running.
